How long does a presentation take? The fastest we can get decks done is a week for those who prioritise their deck. Generally, we can complete the presentation in two or three weeks, depending on the amount of work required, how much (or little) work you have already done, and how quickly you can work with us.
Therefore, we should chat early on to agree on the scope and deadline before beginning.
We can work from any starting point and give your presentation what it needs: a tidy-up, a revamp, or a supersonic premium-level overhaul. Everything starts with an initial conversation where we understand your goals, objectives, and particular needs.
You will end up with a great presentation that engages with your audience and delivers your message clearly, ultimately reaching your goal and objectives. You will be able to present with tons of confidence and great impact, and the deck can be in PPT, Google Docs, Key Note, Hard Copy, or PDF format.
Depending on your specific needs, you or your team will mainly work with Manuel, although other team members may join us or take the lead, depending on the nature of your project. We keep our team small and work closely with you; that is how we can provide you with the best working experience and best results.
Short answer: All of them. You can receive your pitch deck in Google Slides, but there is a but. PowerPoint has better functionality, and investors sometimes ask for your deck in PPT. Google Slides has restrictions such as the use of custom fonts. For example, if we build your deck using the Bebas font, then when it is uploaded to Google Slides the fonts convert to Arial and the formats get distorted. You don't want your deck to look funny. Also, Google Slides does not support Keynote files, so they have to be created in PowerPoint. We always recommend, however, to only send your decks in PDF.
We mainly do decks in English, but since we also speak Spanish, we can easily translate your decks.
We've had some international clients who don't speak great English, and we've made it work. As long as you can communicate business-level concepts, we'll be fine.
Absolutely. Your confidentiality is critical to our business. We will sign an NDA when we start working together.
